According to the indictment, at the end of May 2022, the defendant was approached by a male acquaintance Miskolci’s apartment, they were drinking together, the offended man arrived here and invited them over to his apartment to assemble a bed. While working at the victim’s place, all of them drank alcohol and talked, however, an argument arose between the accused and the victim, they mutually insulted each other and fought. The other man tried to separate them to no avail, so he left the apartment.
