Elementary school students from Earth Day in Zalaegerszeg

For years, it has been a tradition for the company to draw attention to the importance of environmental protection on the occasion of Earth Day. After the tenders of the past years, he invited schoolchildren from Zalaegerszeg and the surrounding area to a competition this year. Five institutions entered the competition: Ferenc Liszt Primary School, Petőfi Sándor Primary School, Ady Endre Primary School and AMI, József Öveges Primary School in Andráshida and Csertán Sándor Primary School in Alsónemesapat.

The students first chose a team name, designed a team logo, and then solved quizzes on the topic of environmental protection and waste management. Afterwards, sporting tasks awaited them in the adventure park, the bravest ones also tried the climbing wall. In the second half of the competition, they posted an online puzzle and solved a complex task, which was a creative presentation of the beverage packaging and waste redemption system introduced in 2024.

Based on the evaluation of the professional jury, the Öveges school finished first, the Csertán school came second, and the Ady school team came third.
