After the cheerful nursery rhyme-movement program of the Hétszínvirág kindergarteners and the flute performance of Katalin Barta and her teacher Katalin Lőrinczné Csizmadia, Deputy Mayor Károly Jászberényi greeted the institution celebrating its anniversary. He presented the book gift of the municipality to Éva Vachajáné Horváth, head of the member institution in Dorog. He emphasized that during his decades of work as a teacher, excellent cooperation always characterized the joint work of Dorog schools and the vocational service supporting the development of students.
At the conference, Éva Vachajáné Horváth, the manager of the Dorog location, presented the four-decade history of the pedagogical service founded by the city council in 1984. Thanking Márta Holló, the first head of the institution, a special gift was given to him on behalf of his colleagues.
The pedagogical service deals with educational counseling related to the development of 3-18-year-old children, examining learning, behavior and integration difficulties and preparing expert opinions with the help of psychologists and special education colleagues. Speech therapy tasks and physical therapy are also part of their tasks.
