Hello

Hello

The goal of the UEFA Elite Youth A training was for the admitted students to gain a deeper insight into the training of the elite U16-U19 age groups, as well as to acquire competencies and knowledge that will enable them to effectively assume the position of professional leader of a youth football academy. Sixteen people from the country were admitted, including Attila Miskei from the DVTK Football Sports Academy, who successfully completed the course.

– I always thought that learning is very important, it takes you forward – he emphasized to our interest Attila Miskei. – I wanted to gain new knowledge, as we know that football is constantly developing and changing. It is no different in the training of young people. The MLSZ prioritizes Elite education, which is the highest level of education in our country. Even the entrance requirements were strict, sixteen sports professionals from the country were finally found worthy to start the one and a half year course. Several of them lead academies and sections, I was able to spend this period in an excellent community.

Attila Miskei emphasized: they worked a lot in micro-groups, visited domestic and foreign academies, and the experiences gained were analyzed during the training days.

– I definitely became more from this course – continued the sports expert. – We are all working to improve retraining in Hungary. There is a lot of knowledge and new things, so openness is essential. The acquired experience must be shared with the coaches. A serious set of requirements had to be met, and otherwise the entire training was of an extremely high standard. I am glad that I was able to obtain this degree.

At the graduation ceremony, the recent graduates were presented by dr. He was greeted by Róbert Barczi, MLSZ sports director and Zsolt Fórián, head of coaching. The head of the coaching training summarized his experiences on the website of the national association.

– During the UEFA Elite Youth A course, we dealt with the competences of head coaches of the age groups between U16 and U19 on the one hand, and the responsibilities of the professional leader of the youth team on the other hand. The diploma entitles recent graduates to perform any coaching or professional management tasks in the field of recruitment. For the MLSZ, the course is of particular importance, as a professional leader plays a decisive role in the professional work of the club. We thought it was important to convey the most essential information in such a way that the students could transfer it to their own club. The training was completely interactive, in addition to expanding the students’ theoretical knowledge, we also relied heavily on their individual professional experiences. We ended the course with very positive experiences, I think that an extremely good atmosphere was created, the students treated each other not as competitors, but as partners. Coaching plays a big role in the continuous development of Hungarian football, but we also think it is very important that the current professional manager is able to further develop the coaching work in the association in accordance with the interests of the club – stated Zsolt Fórián, Head of Coaching.
