Hungary’s market-leading direct sales software, RESnWEB, and Central Europe’s most popular PMS provider, Previo, have announced that the first phase of the integration between the two systems has been completed, which will now make it easier for their users to manage direct sales.
With the help of the connection, the reservations on the websites of hotels and accommodations using the RESnWEB reservation system are now automatically entered into the Previo PMS system, together with all reservation data, so it is not necessary to record them manually. RESnWEB takes over the prices, free capacities and restrictions from Previó, so overbooking can be avoided.

Ákos Gyenes, the professional manager of RESnWEB said that one of the goals of the cooperation was to further simplify the daily work of RESnWEB customers using Previo thanks to the automation, and on the other hand, they can now also provide Previo’s partners with the RESnWEB room reservation engine, which is popular among hotels and guests, as well as the direct also services that support bookings, such as the frequent guest program, online gift voucher sales and automated offer sending.
