The ceremonial handover of the project was held on March 14. The event was attended by Róbert Zsigó, member of parliament for Baja and its region, mayor Klára Nyirati, deputy mayor Péter Széll.

Mrs Máté Mária Barcsák Bácska-Logistik KFt. in his greeting, the managing director emphasized: It is a great pleasure for us that from today we can officially close the latest project of Bácska Logistik Kft. Although the fuel filling station realized as part of the investment and the restaurant shown here have been waiting for their guests since the end of last year, we have now managed to put every single detail in place and operate everything reliably. In 2020, our company submitted an application to the Ministry of Economic Development, where it received HUF 306,500,000 conditionally non-reimbursable support as an efficiency-enhancing subsidy, with an investment value of HUF 456 million.

– As time went by and we progressed with the investment, the increased raw material prices and the investment that we reconsidered, were realized at the end of more than HUF 650 million. The end result was a high-performance fuel well, an electric car filling station, and a catering unit for 150 people. These investments could not have been realized without the government’s supportive economy policy. Without the cooperation of Baja Vagyon Zrt and the municipality of Baja City. We would like to thank the Hungarian Government, the Municipality of Baja City, Baja vagyon Zrt and everyone who worked on the implementation of the project for their support. – said managing director Máté Máté Barcsákné.

Robert Zsigo in his speech, he emphasized: Bácska-Logistik Kft. developed from more than HUF 600 million. Thanks to the development, 18 new jobs were also created. Even in the current difficult situation, our main goal is to support businesses, protect local jobs and create new jobs! We will continue to work on this in the future.

The representative added: In the coming period, the government will also work to be able to launch programs for local businesses so that they can preserve the achieved results and develop them as well. This is not only good for the companies, but also good for the settlements where the companies operate.

Klára Nyirati At the handover, the mayor emphasized that a new road was built in the industrial area where the current investment took place, with more than HUF 300 million awarded in the framework of the Regional Development Operative Program in the recent period, and thanks to this, more and more businesses are settling in the area.

– This investment is the result of great creativity and hard work. I think that in order for such an investment to be realized, one must also be a local patriot, like the owners of Bácska-Logistik kft., since in an ideal city, ideal entrepreneurs feel that they can fulfill themselves only if their city is important to them, and this is shown by the creation of more and more investments, said the mayor.

Bácska-Logistik Kft its goal has always been continuous development and improvement, as well as maintaining accurate, precise and competitive service. During the investment, the new filling station was built as an expansion and development of the previously existing four well-head fuel filling stations, which specifically enables fast and efficient service for trucks. As part of the new investment, the services were also expanded, as a restaurant with a capacity for more than 150 people at the same time, suitable for today, with a quality food and drink selection, as well as trendy equipment, was delivered. also belongs. The Last House restaurant, in addition to providing lunch menus, also operates “A’ la carte”. Due to its location, it is able to provide the industrial park workers with the opportunity to eat at lunchtime, but with a selection of more than 200 types of drinks (Cocktails, short drinks, wines, champagnes, etc.), it is also suitable for hosting gourmet evenings, tastings, business negotiations, and events for up to hundreds of people.

In addition to the tendered investments, a new production hall, a metalworking plant, was also handed over, which also began operations.
