This was discussed on the morning of April 22 at the city police roundtable meeting, which was held in the small hall of the Mayor’s Office.

The Orosházi City Police Round Table held a meeting on Monday morning in the Mayor’s Office, where they discussed the appropriate and safe conduct and operation of the three-day summer festival coming up between June 27 and 29. Well-known singers, disc jockeys, and star performers will arrive in the summer to take turns on three stages (a main stage from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m., a small stage also from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m., and a party tent operating from 10:00 p.m. until dawn) and ensure the entertainment of the people of Orosház, the surrounding area, and those who want to attend the festival. .

The music event is expected to take place with 5,000 or more visitors at the end of June, for which the site plan has been prepared, which the participants of Monday’s forum also received and could study. Among other things, they consulted on the permits, security plan, and the requirements of the authorities necessary to hold the event, so that the perspectives of both the authorities and the participants could be taken into account.

One of the most important aspects was the parking spaces and their quantity, as well as where the presence of co-authorities, security, helpers and volunteers will be needed, and how many of them will manage the crowd. An important point was also the explanation and response to the licensing processes and deadlines, such as the liability of the spa pools or the rules for vendors from the professional authorities.
