There have been several accidents in the capital on the Hegyalja út-Erzsébet híd-Kossuth Lajos utca route, as a result of which traffic is moving slower and buses are also running late, the BKK statement reads. Near Astoria, a car and a pickup truck collided at the intersection of Kossuth Lajos and Magyar streets in the V district on Monday at 2 p.m. An employee of Telex also sent pictures of the scene, an ambulance was also called to the accident:

In its statement, the BKK says that not long after, an accident also occurred on Erzsébet híd and on Hegyalja út at Sánc utca. A traffic light pole was knocked down in the accident on Hegyalja út.
On Kossuth Lajos utca and Hegyalja út, only one lane can be used during the technical rescue, the affected BKK routes, i.e. 5, 7, 8E, 107, 108E, 110 , and buses 112 and 133E run about 15 minutes late. Bus 178 is diverted and does not touch the Naphegy tér stop.
