In the middle of April, the residents were able to receive several new investments in the single-family house zone of the Rákóczi district. At the handover, it was said that the region is constantly developing and has a bright future ahead of it. The city also continues the panel program, which provides support to people living in high-rise buildings to make their homes more comfortable.

Pad Ferenc, the local government representative of electoral district number 6, who has lived in the area for 30 years, said that the district extends from József Attila Street to Gyár Street, including the ten-story building on Alkotmány Street. There are high-rise buildings in the area, but most of it is a single-family zone.

Among the high-rise buildings, there are 2-3 houses that have not yet participated in the panel program, but they hope that their owners will join this year.

The investments currently handed over affect the single-family zone. Investments proceed according to a concept. Gyár utca, Mihály Babits, Gyula Juhász, Bem and then Rákóczi, Hunyadi and Katona József utca were located on the western edge. The complete renovation of Hunyadi utca can be completed after Bakonykarsz has renovated the water pipeline, because the people living there can count on 5-6 pipe breaks every year. At the moment, 800 meters of sidewalk have been renewed on both sides of Hunyadi Street, which is a long-standing wish of the people living here. In Katona József utca, pavement repair and asphalting took place together with Esze Tamás utca. Ferenc Pad thanked the Béla Schwartz to the mayor, the municipality and fellow representatives for their support.

Béla Schwartz greeted the residents of the Rákóczi district, then expressed his joy that many interested people showed up despite the cold and rain, and then handed over the traffic facility number 1204 – 1211, which was made in good quality by Baumidex Kft. for HUF 22.5 million . The mayor added that the sidewalk must also be built on the other side of Hunyadi Street. Pavement construction has started in Rákóczi utca, and it will probably only start after the elections in Gyár utca. In the case of high-rise buildings, if the residents renovate the apartments with local government support, the city also beautifies the surroundings, building roads, parks, playgrounds, and parking lots. From now on, the renovation will be taken into account step by step. Until now, subsidies were only given if the original condition was restored, which was often the installation of balconies. This also had to be overwritten because, for example, in the case of red houses, the steel can already be seen through the concrete. Speaking about the nearby downtown, the mayor added that a part of Deák Ferenc utca will be closed during the construction of the roundabout and bridges, the investment will also cause inconvenience, but it will be one of the most beautiful parts of Ajka with a 60-centimeter waterfall. The green world is announced, which means that everyone must reach a green area, park, field, forest, stream bank within 15 minutes on foot. The mayor stated that representative Ferenc Pad will do everything for the sake of development, trust him, he can continue the development, the district has a bright future, and they are also by his side.
