The print magazine of the London-based international trade paper called Bridge design & engineering published on its front page a picture of a previous construction phase of the bridge by the photographer of Magyar Építók, Mihály Erdei. At the same time, the London-based trade magazine also devoted a lengthy article to the development being carried out by Duna Aszfalt Zrt.: the magazine features three pages about the project as one of the stops on the Central European map.

The article published in the magazine states that in January of this year, in Hungary, the construction of the country’s 20th Danube bridge reached a significant milestone: the bridge track was completed several weeks before the planned deadline. The article also details the biggest challenges of the project, explaining, among other things, that during the construction of the structure, the bridge was made up of 89 segments, each of which involved more than 150 work processes.

As we wrote before, the project under the investment of the Ministry of Construction and Transport is already beyond the barrel rolling, according to information from the Hungarian Builders, the test load will soon be carried out on the 946-meter structure.
