– This “feeling of being born again” usually pervades my life. I would do everything the same way, but this one thing is definitely different – the singer revealed, referring to the fact that he didn’t pay enough attention to his health before, and he feels that he too should have dealt with the lifestyle associated with rock stars.

József Kalapács lost a total of 28 kilos in five years thanks to his lifestyle change.

– It didn’t happen that I started not eating in such an ascetic way – he said with a smile and revealed that he managed to change his diet because of his partner. Since her beloved lives on a completely vegan diet and always prepares delicious food, she gradually transitioned to it herself. At first it was just so that he wouldn’t have to cook two dishes unnecessarily, but now he doesn’t really want to eat any other way.

The former singer of Pokolgép also said that since losing weight, he feels much better on stage, as he has become much more energetic.
