Based on the stock exchange announcement of Erste Bank Hungary Zrt., the sole shareholder accepted the company’s individual annual report prepared for the year 2023, in accordance with international financial reporting standards.
The balance sheet total was HUF 4,799.6 billion, the profit for the current year was HUF 107.8 billion, and the bank’s equity was HUF 517.6 billion. The sole shareholder decided that in 2023 it would be charged to the current year’s profit
A HUF 95 billion dividend should be paid, and the company’s profit reserve should be increased with the remaining HUF 12.8 billion.
The figures according to the consolidated report differ slightly from the above: the balance sheet total was HUF 4,789.8 billion, the profit for the current year was HUF 114.9 billion, and the equity was HUF 562.4 billion.
