A car dealership is opening in Budapest where you can’t buy a car

--

The Cupra was the first in the region to open on the bustling Károly körút Garage in the City downtown showroom. From now on, the latest models of the Spanish brand will be exhibited here for the first time in the country, such as the all-electric Tavascan on the occasion of the opening, which you can take a few curious looks at on the spot even before its introduction in Hungary. Similar showrooms were previously opened in, for example, Barcelona or Paris.

The other exhibited rarity, the Formentor VZ5 Century Bronze limited edition version, is no less interesting. In addition to the new cars, the hundred square meter showroom will also offer exclusive events to the general public.

THE Garage in the City the essence of the concept is that there is no service on site, no sales in the traditional sense, passers-by and potential buyers can get to know the cars in a pleasant atmosphere, in a downtown environment. And those who would turn towards Károly körút from the nearby shopping streets, it would be worth visiting here just for the pieces from Cupra’s unique fashion collection.

The Cupra Tavascan, i.e. the brand’s second purely electric model, will arrive in the third quarter of 2024, followed by the Terramar, produced exclusively in Győr. This model will be produced on the same production line as the Audi Q3 and Q3 Sportback models.

Of course, those who fall in love with one of the Cupras are not left behind either, later a salesperson will contact them – if they wish – to test drive the car.
