Brazilian Formula 1 world champion Ayrton Senna’s car has been put up for sale, reports vezess.hu. This red 1991 Honda NSX recently appeared in the UK on the AutoTrade platform,
the price is HUF 228 million.
The world champion received the car for personal use directly from the manufacturer in Japan. The current owner is Englishman Robert Mcfagen, director and founder of Mcfagan Manufacturing LTD.
The Honda NSX was released in 1989 and even rivaled Japanese sports cars in terms of quality and speed. The exterior of the car was inspired by the cockpit of the F-16 fighter jet. Its engine is a V6 petrol, 3.2 liters and 294 horsepower. Senna’s development of the car is shrouded in obscurity, but according to legend, he had several thoughts about it in Suzuka.
The car has run 69,000 kilometers, with red paint, black interior and excellent condition, it can be even more attractive to buyers. The car is scheduled to be on display at the Senna show in Silverstone in August. The seller wants the car to be picked up after the show closes.
