The Zeekr brand belonging to the Geely group presented its new large car. The 007 type aroused our interest already with its name, but its technical content is also fine. The rear-wheel drive version of the 486 cm sedan has 421 horsepower (310 kW) and accelerates to 100 km/h in 5.4 seconds; the all-wheel drive variant, on the other hand, already has 645 horsepower (475 kW), and it only takes 2.84 seconds to reach 100 km/h.

The starting price of the introductory series of 007 is barely 225,000 Chinese yuan, i.e. not quite HUF 11 million. Again, this is not convertible, but it says a lot about the car that they charge more for the Tesla Model 3, even though it is smaller in size and range.
While, according to the Chinese standard, the entry-level Tesla Model 3 has a range of 556 kilometers, the range of the Zeekr 007 is at least 688 km, which jumps up to 870 kilometers with the larger battery pack.
In light of Zeekr’s 800V architecture, the long range is not surprising; in addition, the car can be charged quickly, and its average energy consumption is 12.5 kWh – remember, these are factory values and are nowhere near European homologation standards.
Passengers are greeted by a 15-inch touchscreen and a 35.5-inch (!), augmented reality head-up display in the passenger compartment. The two-part glass roof covers the entire passenger compartment, and the driver support systems already prepare the hardware for self-driving: twelve cameras, the same number of ultrasonic sensors, five radars and a Lidar laser sensor work in the car.
The official market premiere of the model will be in January, but the 007 can already be pre-ordered; 20,000 people ordered the car within 48 hours of opening the booking page.
